Greet A Good Day

With G'day Honey

About G’day Honey

In Australia, “G’day” is more than a greeting.
It reflects a genuine wish for warmth, well-being and connection, and represents a way of life grounded in respect for nature. G’day Honey was born from these values, with a simple belief that caring for bees ultimately means caring for people.

Our philosophy is captured in our slogan, “Helping bees help you.” By thoughtfully caring for bees and their environment, we allow nature to return its purest gifts. Every jar and stick of G’day Honey begins its journey on Australian soil.

Born from Australia’s Terroir

G’day Honey uses only Australian Manuka honey, sourced from the pristine eastern regions of Australia, stretching from New South Wales to Queensland, an area globally recognised as one of the world’s most unpolluted beekeeping environments. These regions form Australia’s unique Manuka belt, where diverse Leptospermum species thrive under mild coastal climates and stable seasonal conditions.

Unlike other regions with a single Manuka species, Australia is home to over 80 varieties of Leptospermum, resulting in Manuka honey with greater depth of flavour, complexity and naturally occurring active compounds. This diversity is what defines the character and consistency of G’day Honey.

A Protected Beekeeping Environment

Australia is one of the few countries in the world that has successfully managed the Varroa destructor, a parasite that threatens bee populations globally. This has allowed Australian bees to thrive in a healthier environment, free from many of the stresses faced by beekeeping industries elsewhere.

Our beekeeping partners strictly follow pesticide and insecticide exclusion zones, ensuring bees can forage safely and naturally. By sourcing from multiple healthy apiaries across the Manuka belt, we maintain consistent quality and a stable supply, even amid climate variability.

Quality Without Compromise

All G’day Honey products are harvested and filtered using low-temperature cold extraction methods (below 40°C) to preserve natural enzymes, MGO precursors and bioactive compounds. Before any product reaches our customers, each batch undergoes independent laboratory testing to verify:

  • MGO (Methylglyoxal) levels

  • NPA (Non-Peroxide Activity)

  • DHA (activity potential)

  • HMF levels, in compliance with international Codex standards.

Nature’s Functional Nutrition

Beyond Manuka honey, G’day Honey products may also include carefully selected bee-derived ingredients such as Royal Jelly and Propolis, valued for their natural bioactive properties. From daily wellness to intensive care formulations, each product is designed to deliver functional benefits in a form that fits modern lifestyles, whether by the spoon, in tea, or in convenient stick format.

Our Commitment

At G’day Honey, quality, transparency and responsibility guide every decision we make. From hive to harvest, testing to packaging, we remain committed to honouring nature, supporting bees, and sharing Australia’s finest Manuka honey with the world.
